TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the CSWS – Can't Stop Won't Stop online shop, owned by Jannes Korn (hereinafter "CSWS"). Deviating terms of the buyer will not be accepted unless CSWS expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

The purchase contract is concluded with CSWS, owner Jannes Korn, Höhenweg 13, 88709 Hagnau a. B., Germany. For questions, please contact us at management@cantstopwontstop.de.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after submission. The purchase contract is concluded with this email.

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added (DHL Standard €6.50, DHL Express €14.90) and displayed before completing the order process. Standard shipping is free on orders of €75 or more.

Payment is made via the payment methods offered (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

All items are offered as pre-orders. Payment is made at the time of ordering; shipping takes place within 4–6 weeks of receipt of the order to the delivery address specified by the buyer. This delivery time is expressly stated before completing the order process. Should shipping be delayed beyond this period, we will inform you immediately by email. CSWS reserves the right to reject or cancel orders if items are unavailable; any payments already made will be refunded without delay in this case.

The delivered goods remain the property of CSWS until full payment has been received.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Statutory warranty rights apply. The limitation period for defect claims for new goods is two years from delivery.

The collection and processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can view on our website.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of CSWS, insofar as the buyer is a merchant, legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
