We process personal data that you voluntarily provide to us in the course of an order (name, address, email address), a contact request or a newsletter signup. Processing is carried out for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Orders and Pre-Orders
When you place an order (pre-order), we process your order and delivery data to fulfil the contract, keep you informed about the order and shipping status (e.g. order confirmation by email) and carry out delivery within the stated period of 4–6 weeks. The data is stored for the duration of the contract and within statutory retention periods.
4. Payment Processing (Stripe)
Payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland. 5. Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address exclusively for sending the newsletter. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to management@cantstopwontstop.de.

Your data will only be shared where necessary for contract fulfilment (e.g. with the shipping company DHL and the payment provider Stripe) or where we are legally obliged to do so.
